Welcome to the Support Center!

REXwireless provides support to customers in four ways:

1) Frequently Asked Questions are updated regularly. Please check here first for the fastest answer.

2) REXforums.com: We offer user forums that focus on best practices discussion when using our products.  This site is not designed or used for daily support but is helpful for big picture setup type concerns. 

Please visit http://REXforums.com - note that forums registration is separate from your normal REXdesktop identity.

3) Product documentation is viewable or printable in Adobe pdf file format.

4) E-Mail support is available with typical response times of 4 hours during normal business hours.

The REXwireless Support Center follows normal business days in the United States, observing daylight savings time and U.S. holidays. 

Normal business hours are:
Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm EST See holiday schedule.

REXwireless does not provide telephone support for consumer products.  Telephone support is available on team products for companies that have purchased an annual support contract.
