Silent Alerts

Are there any known issues with Alerts not triggering properly? When I set an alert it no longer triggers. I have to go into TodoMatrix to see the alert; there is no longer a sound or vibration. This has caused me to miss some alerts; if I have to remember to go into the program what's the purpose of the alert!

I went into the Alert menu; sound and vibration are both set to "On".

Any suggestions?

By any chance are these recurring tasks where you haven't marked the previous iteration as completed? That will kill the alerts in the future. (I notice this because of reminders to take meds.)
