Is there a problem at REX?--URGENT

I cannot sync TDM, IDM on my device or login in to Rexdesktop (it says my passord is wrong, yet just to make sure, I requested my password be emailed and all logins are correct.

Is there a server issue at REX?

Please help. I am lost without all of my data.

We have been working through a server maintenance issue this weekend that became more and more complex as we delved into it. So it is on our side.
