In order to make it
easy to become a power user, REXwireless implemented Hot*Keys
throughout AlertMatrix.
Certain keys are
available on every screen. Pressing the [H] help hot*key
reveals the entire list. Once a person learns the Hot*Keys,
navigation is nearly instantaneous inside the AlertMatrix
applications.
REXwireless has
also created Webhelp that is available when a BlackBerry has browser
access. Simply try the [W] Webhelp Hot*Key.

The [H] Hot*Key
pulls up the list of available Hot*Keys. Note that the
[J] jump key is perhaps the most useful of all, as it jumps
the cursor to the active alert. |
